OverView
I have taught nutrition and diet therapy for almost two decades, connecting course materials to students' real-life experiences. I have been a full professor at Al-Balqa Applied University, Al-Salt, Jordan, for almost 20 years, starting as an assistant professor in 1998 and becoming an associate professor in 2011 , then Full Professor in 2016. I also participate in the committee preparing the Study Plan for Nutrition and Food Processing at different universities?. I always try to connect the course materials with the real after-graduation lives of students. I?m also a member of FAO, IFAD, and WFP's Standing Committee on Nutrition. My high research experience and quality, particularly the national and international collaborative research, the high quality of research outcomes, and the journals in which I have listed them in my CV, reflect Organizational skills, a hardworking personality, strong work ethics, persistence, intellectual integrity, and excellent communication skills are essential for successful research outcomes. I also participate in committees for discussing graduation projects, research projects, thesis, and discretions for undergraduate and graduate students.
